 I only use kind, science-based methods. No punishment, no force - just practical training built around positive reinforcement, clear boundaries, and strengthening the bond between you and your dog. 

No - I use a marker word (“yes”) instead. It keeps training simple and consistent, and means you don’t need to carry extra tools around.

Yes - I specialise in behaviour support. Every dog and every situation is different, so I’ll tailor a plan that fits your dog’s needs and your lifestyle.

That depends on your dog and the behaviour we’re working on. Some things can improve quickly, while others take patience and consistency. I’ll always be honest with you about what’s realistic and how to get the best long-term results.

Yes - if you’re outside my area or prefer remote support, I offer video consultations. These work well for advice, management strategies and behaviour planning.

The consultation is a chance for me to meet you and your dog, understand your goals, and see what’s happening in real life. From there, I’ll put together a plan tailored to you. The cost of the consultation is credited towards your first booked session.

 Yes, from 1st September 2025 - all sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. If you need to cancel, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. 

Plenty of your dog’s favourite treats, a flat collar or harness, and a standard lead (not an extendable one). If your dog has a bed, toy, or mat they love, feel free to bring that too.

Yes - I’m fully insured and trained in canine first aid, so your dog is always in safe hands.
