By booking any service with Abigail’s Waggy Tails, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Abigail’s Waggy Tails currently offers the following services:
Session times are fixed and will not run over the allotted duration.
The Initial Consultation is charged at £25 and lasts up to 30 minutes. This session takes place online via video call.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
This fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
The consultation is required before any 1:1 or Online Training Sessions can be booked. If a client books a training session without first completing an Initial Consultation, the session will be cancelled and refunded, and the client will be advised to book a consultation first.
1:1 Training Sessions are charged at £70 per session and last up to 60 minutes. These sessions take place in person at the client’s home or on a walk where relevant.
A completed Initial Consultation must take place before 1:1 training can begin.
Sessions may be paid in advance or on the day of the appointment via cash or card.
Sessions are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Online Training Sessions are charged at £70 per session and last up to 60 minutes. These sessions take place via video call.
A completed Initial Consultation must take place before online training can begin.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
Sessions are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
The Advice Line Call is charged at £25 and lasts up to 30 minutes. This session takes place via telephone and is intended for general advice and guidance.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
This fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
The Advice Line does not replace full training support and does not include written training plans unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty provided sufficient notice is given:
Cancellations made within the notice period will result in the session fee being retained.
Abigail’s Waggy Tails reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or severe weather. In such cases, an alternative appointment will be offered.
If a client arrives late or is unavailable at the scheduled time, the session will still end at the scheduled time and will not be extended.
If Abigail’s Waggy Tails is delayed, the full session time will be delivered wherever possible.
Travel within 10 miles of Milton Keynes is included for in-person sessions.
Locations outside this area may incur a surcharge of £10 to £25 depending on distance and travel time. Any surcharge will always be agreed before booking confirmation.
Initial Consultations, Online Training Sessions, and Advice Line Calls require full payment in advance to secure the booking.
1:1 Training Sessions may be paid either in advance or on the day of the appointment by cash or card.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received where advance payment is required.
Clients agree to:
For in-person and online sessions, clients are expected to provide a calm environment with minimal distractions wherever possible. This includes turning off televisions, reducing background noise, and limiting interruptions from other household members unless they are directly involved in the training session.
Training success depends on consistent implementation by the owner. No guarantees are given regarding behavioural outcomes.
Clients must disclose any known history of biting, aggression, or behaviour that could pose a risk to people or other animals prior to sessions taking place.
Failure to disclose relevant behavioural history may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Abigail’s Waggy Tails reserves the right to implement additional safety measures, require specific equipment, or decline services if safety risks are considered too high.
The owner remains fully responsible for their dog at all times.
Abigail’s Waggy Tails accepts no liability for:
Clients agree to use appropriate equipment and maintain control of their dog during sessions.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during training sessions.
Abigail’s Waggy Tails reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
