1. About Us

Abigail’s Waggy Tails offers professional dog training services in Dunstable and surrounding areas (Herts, Beds & Bucks). Services include Initial Consultations, 1:1 Training Sessions, and Walk & Learn sessions.

2. Website Use

You may browse this site for information and submit reviews, comments, or media (user-generated content), provided they are respectful and non-offensive. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that we deem inappropriate.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All sessions (1:1 or Walk & Learn) require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• Rescheduling within 48 hours is not guaranteed and may require a new booking and deposit.
• Payment is accepted via SumUp card reader or contactless at the time of service.
   

4. Consultation Policy

• The Initial Consultation is now chargeable, payable at the time of booking. 
• If you proceed with further training, the full cost of the consultation will be deducted from your first paid session.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You are welcome to share comments, reviews, photos, or videos of your dog training journey. By submitting UGC to us (via the website or social media), you grant Abigail’s Waggy Tails the right to repost or use that content for marketing purposes, unless you specify otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, images, videos, and logos – is the property of Abigail’s Waggy Tails and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reuse, distribute or replicate any part of this website without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

• Abigail is a professional dog trainer, not a vet, behaviourist, or canine nutritionist. Advice given is based on training experience and practical knowledge.
• Clients remain responsible for their dog’s safety and behaviour at all times, including outside of sessions.
• Training results depend on consistency and effort from the dog’s guardian(s); outcomes may vary.
   

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. By using this site or booking services, you consent to the collection of necessary data (e.g. name, email, dog details) for communication and training purposes. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
