By booking any service with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

I currently offer the following services:

• Initial Consultation: Online via video call (up to 30 minutes).
• 1:1 Training Session: In person at your home or a local park (up to 60 minutes).
• Online Training Session: Online via video call (up to 60 minutes).
• Advice Line Call: Telephone call (up to 30 minutes).

Session times are fixed and will not run over the allotted duration.

The Initial Consultation is charged at £25 and lasts up to 30 minutes. This session takes place online via video call. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

A consultation is required before any 1:1 or Online Training Sessions can be booked. If a session is booked without first completing an Initial Consultation, I reserve the right to cancel and refund the booking so that a consultation can be scheduled first.

1:1 Training Sessions are charged at £70 per session and last up to 60 minutes. These sessions take place in person at your home or a suitable local outdoor space. A completed Initial Consultation must take place before 1:1 training can begin. Sessions may be paid for in advance or on the day of the appointment via cash or card. Sessions are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Online Training Sessions are charged at £70 per session and last up to 60 minutes. A completed Initial Consultation must take place before online training can begin. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

The Advice Line Call is charged at £25 and lasts up to 30 minutes via telephone. This is intended for general advice and guidance. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. This service does not include written training plans.

You may reschedule appointments without penalty provided sufficient notice is given:

• Initial Consultation / Advice Line: Minimum 24 hours’ notice.
• Training Sessions (1:1 or Online): Minimum 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within these notice periods will result in the session fee being retained. I reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or severe weather. In such cases, I will offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund.

If you are late or unavailable at the scheduled time, the session will still end at the original scheduled time and will not be extended. If I am delayed, I will ensure your full session time is delivered or made up at a later date.

Travel within a 15-mile radius of Milton Keynes is included for all in-person sessions. Locations outside this area may incur a surcharge of £10 to £25 depending on distance and travel time. I will always agree on any surcharge with you before confirming your booking.

Initial Consultations, Online Training Sessions, and Advice Line Calls require full payment in advance to secure the booking. 1:1 Training Sessions may be paid either in advance or on the day of the appointment by cash or card. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received where advance payment is required.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your dog’s behaviour, health, and history.
• Inform me of any risks, including previous aggression or bite history.
• Ensure your dog is physically fit and safe to participate.
• Follow training guidance responsibly between sessions.
• Provide a calm training environment with minimal distractions (e.g., turning off the TV and limiting household interruptions).

Training success depends on your consistent implementation. No guarantees are given regarding specific behavioural outcomes as every dog is an individual.

You must disclose any known history of biting or aggression prior to our sessions. Failure to disclose relevant behavioural history may result in immediate termination of services without refund. I reserve the right to implement additional safety measures, require specific equipment (such as a muzzle), or decline services if I consider the safety risks too high.

You remain fully responsible for your dog at all times. I accept no liability for:

• Injury or damage caused by your dog to people or property.
• Incidents occurring when training guidance is not followed.
• Unpredictable animal behaviour.

You agree to use appropriate equipment and maintain control of your dog during all sessions.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during our training sessions.

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• Safety concerns arise during a session.
• Important behavioural information has been withheld.
• Recommended safety measures are not followed.
